I recently booked a party for my 5-year-old child at Morley's Magic Theater in Butler, NJ and was left utterly disappointed and frustrated. Despite confirmation, no one showed up, and I received no notice of cancellation. I was left waiting outside with over 20 children and parents, wondering what was happening. To make matters worse, my numerous attempts to contact the establishment for a refund of my deposit have been met with complete silence. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this business. The lack of communication, organization, and basic customer service has led me to take legal action. I hope others can learn from my experience and choose a more reliable and reputable establishment for their events. *Do not recommend*
