Luciana's zest for making mass amounts of food stems from her Italian roots - producing large amounts of jarred tomato sauce each August and gallons of wine each September. When she's not cooking with the family, Luciana is devoting her kitchen time in preparing densely nutritious snacks, meals and treats.
