Happy Thanksgiving! Newark Mayor Ras J. Baraka and Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Frage, in partnership with Pastor Steffie Bartley, of National Action Network, and Rabbi Abe Friedman, of Newark Interfaith, will distribute free Thanksgiving turkeys at 1 p.m., Tuesday, November 22nd. The turkeys will be given away while supplies last. All are welcome to pick up a free turkey while supplies last.
